Appointment terms

Cancellation and rescheduling
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations at shorter notice, the appointment can be rescheduled once free of charge.
Payment
By card, bank transfer or cash at the end of the appointment. Instalment options for programmes are listed on the relevant row.
Invoice
An e-invoice or e-archive invoice is issued for every payment.
Online appointment
End-to-end encrypted video call; the link is sent before the appointment and the session is not recorded.
Insurance
Dietitian appointments are not covered by most private health insurance policies; please check your policy with your insurer.
Confidentiality
Appointment notes and blood test results are processed only by your dietitian and are not shared with third parties.
