Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes
With adults diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, we build a meal pattern that fits the treatment your doctor recommends. Instead of banning carbohydrates we plan their amount, timing and companions.
- Appointment
- First visit 60 min, follow-up 30 min
- Review
- Every 2 weeks in the first month, then monthly
- First appointment
- 3.500 TL · First visit · body composition included

In diabetes the meal plan works together with the medicines that regulate blood sugar. So at the first visit we talk not only about what you eat, but when you take your medication, when you get hungry and what trends your meter shows.
Carbohydrate counting
Carbohydrate counting means learning to estimate the carbohydrate in a meal in grams or exchanges. For insulin users it can be the basis for dosing; for others it is a practical way to spread carbohydrate evenly across meals. We work with household measures.
In prediabetes
Values in the prediabetes range are a warning to be followed with lifestyle changes. Activity, sleep and meal pattern are handled together, with goals agreed with your doctor.
Who is it for?
