The good news about cholesterol: change often starts by adding. A bowl of white beans, a handful of walnuts, morning oats.
Ozan Yazıcı spent the first half of his twenty-year career at a cardiology hospital. At Denge he works with people with high blood lipids and runs the centre's corporate seminar programme.
In company seminars he prefers to talk about real working conditions: shift work, desk jobs, business travel and canteen menus, and leaves participants with practical one-page summaries.
